Procedure For Upgrading Software for the DM100-B

1. Hardware connection
Plug the DB9 mother port into the COM port of a computer and put the other DB9 port into the DB9 port of DM100-B.
2. Software setting
Double-click to open the upgrading software (look forthe icon "DM100-B UpGrade.exe" )
You should see the following window:
- Use the "Port" Selections to select the COM port of the computer to which the DM100-B is connected
- Use the "Baud Rate" and select "57600".
- Click ‘Open File’ to open the window, select upgrading file(*.sdl),click ‘Start Upgrader’ to let the confirming window open.
- Click button “Open Program "
A new window opens, if the you don't see any *.sdl files (the default file is AA.SDL) , then change the directory to where the file is
- Double click AA.SDL(or select any other *.SDL file) You sould now have the selected file listed under the "New Program" Heading
click “Program Upgrade" button.
You will see the following:
3. Software upgrade
Power on the DM100-B , click "OK" button in the confirming window and the upgrading begins.
The update will take from 5 to 10 minutes
4. Software upgrade end
After the Software upgrade is finished the DM100-B will reboot.
Click "Exit" to close the program.
